Our services are available to providers at wholesale cost. Please reach out to our team directly at providers@trudiagnostic.com to receive a price list.
Most result reports will be available 3-4 weeks after specimens are received by our lab. Track the status of a kit by viewing the kit status tab in your portal.
Outside of our TruAge™ and TruHealth™ products, we offer comprehensive genetic reporting analysis.
All kits must be registered in order to be processed. Most providers register a patient's kit for them, however, a patient can register their kit independently, as clinic-specific information is incorporated into the barcodes that are required during the online registration process.
For our TruAge and TruHealth™ test, we only need about 10 drops of whole blood.
Providers may use the traditional lancet and blood spot card method, included with the TruAge™ and TruHealth™ kit.
Providers also have the option of sending at least 250 microliters of blood in a lavender top EDTA tube. Standard, return shipping materials included in TruAge™ and TruHealth™ tests will not work for this sample option, however, providers can coordinate with a TruDiagnostic™ team member for alternative shipping for future orders.
If a patient registered a kit independently, they will have all needed log-in information required to independently access their results.
If a provider does not want their patients to have direct access to results, a TruDiagnostic™ team member can disable patient reporting features for that clinic.

EPISEEK
Multi-Cancer Detection Test
We analyze epigenomic modifications present in the ctDNA. Special software is used to analyze the results and aids the pathologist in issuing a report that specifies if an abnormal signal is detected or if no cancer signal is detected.
